Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts in new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver an end-to-end experience. You will build relationships in the local community, lead outreach and events, and ensure outstanding service in person and via TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training provided.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development; uniforms provided.
• Interest in building local and online presence; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Act as local face of TurboTax; build relationships and trust.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
