Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Work onsite as TurboTax Local Service Expert and participate in marketing efforts.
