Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a U.S. TurboTax location.

You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice, while also engaging with the local community to grow the client base and deepen relationships. You’ll collaborate with specialists to address client needs across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. The role emphasizes hands-on client meetings, on-site presence, and the ability to guide customers

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/business tax advisory with training.
• Comfortable onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients while understanding their complete financial picture.
