Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services. You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end client experiences, build local relationships, and help clients navigate personal and business tax needs using TurboTax products.

You will engage with the community, grow the client base, and connect customers to bookkeeping, payroll and planning services while delivering outstanding customer service and financial guidance.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services as part of a full Intuit solution.
