Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at on-site locations. You will support personal and business tax needs, while connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will build a local client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as the face of TurboTax. The role emphasizes in-person service, 20+ hours weekly, and ongoing training in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours/wk.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Foster long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
