Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and client advisory at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team of tax professionals and specialists to deliver comprehensive tax services and build long‑term client relationships in the community.

This role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, customer education, and collaboration with the broader Intuit ecosystem to provide year‑round support and cross‑selling of related services.

Competenze

• Licensed tax professionals with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred and required by some roles.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types and advisory work.
• Onsite availability and ability to work 20+ hours per week.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and advise on future planning.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences in customer meetings.
