Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver high-quality tax preparation and advisory services at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with a team of tax professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, connecting them with Intuit ecosystem services and marketing support to grow your local client base.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training from Intuit.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Complete training and development as required; uniforms provided; branding usage.
• Desire to build local community presence and drive client growth.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, incl. simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador and drive prospect outreach and events.
• Bridge clients to Intuit ecosystem, offering bookkeeping, payroll, or planning services as appropriate.
• Develop relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term engagements.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience via in-person and video tools.
