Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance, serving individuals and small businesses within local communities. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, expand the client base, and foster long-term relationships using Intuit resources.

Responsibilities include in-person consultations, tax planning, and leveraging Intuit tools to enhance customer value, while adhering to training and compliance

Qualifications

EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
Build local client base as a community ambassador and drive growth through outreach and partnerships.
Connect clients with Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for a full-suite experience.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
