Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering tax expertise and end-to-end client service.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, grow the local client base through outreach, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for year‑round guidance.

This role emphasizes community presence, ongoing training, and a client‑facing business ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build and grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
