You’ll build local relationships, drive community growth, and work closely with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure a seamless client experience. This role emphasizes an entrepreneurial, client-focused mindset and requires on-site

Qualifications

• Active professional tax credential (EA/CPA or attorney) preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow local client base and build relationships in the community.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll and planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with seamless collaboration.
