Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem, delivering end-to-end support for individuals and businesses. You will play a key role in growing the local client base, organizing community outreach, and building lasting relationships through face-to-face interactions and virtual support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Serve as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and drive referrals.
• Connect clients with related Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, practical tax guidance.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure end-to-end TurboTax service and ongoing client support.
