Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide expert tax preparation and advice, while expanding the local client base and connecting clients with Intuit’s ecosystem for ongoing support.

You’ll collaborate with a team of financial professionals to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience, leveraging marketing tools and resources to build trust and long-term relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and community events.
• Bridge clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and professional service in-person and via virtual channels.
