Intuit Inc. is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and use TurboTax marketing tools to drive customer loyalty and prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with proven tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training from Intuit.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Training and compliance requirements; uniforms and advertising policies apply; may be featured in marketing materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients; handle simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local client base and drive growth.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience using Intuit tools and video communications.
