Intuit Careers is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and partner with a broader team to address complex personal and business tax scenarios while guiding clients through the full Intuit ecosystem.

You’ll grow your local client base, build relationships, and participate in community outreach, workshops, and events, delivering an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 1040 returns with professional software; Circular 230 knowledge.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Willing to training, uniforms, and advertising participation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Support complex personal and business tax situations and amendments.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
