Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You’ll act as a trusted guide, handling a range of tax scenarios and collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.

You will engage with the community to grow a local client base and promote Intuit solutions, including bookkeeping and payroll services, while ensuring an outstanding customer experience both in person and through video

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or tax attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community engagement and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for full client solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
