Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, connecting you with a team of specialists to deliver a complete financial picture and a seamless client experience.

You will actively grow the local client base, build relationships, and participate in community events while leveraging Intuit tools and resources to enhance service delivery

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community partnerships.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end tax services and advisory support.
Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via virtual tools.
