Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to join a TurboTax location and work on-site with a collaborative team of financial professionals. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns while growing the local client base and connecting customers to Intuit’s full ecosystem of services.

The role emphasizes personalized client guidance, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Develop client relationships and connect them with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
