Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, providing full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will serve on-site, help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Attend local events and build long-term relationships with clients.
