Intuit, Inc. seeks an on-site TurboTax Local Service Expert to prepare taxes, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s broader ecosystem.

You will work closely with a team to deliver end-to-end support, educating clients and expanding local relationships. In this role you’ll guide clients through personal and business tax needs, collaborate with specialists, and provide a seamless tax experience across on-site and virtual channels.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• onsite at TurboTax office; 20 hours/week minimum; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships to turn one-time engagements into ongoing partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, clear communication.
