Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes on-site and guide clients through complex financial scenarios.

You will work closely with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services, connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem, and build lasting relationships within your local community. This role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, in-person and virtual client support, and proactive growth in your market.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience preferred
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid tax return prep for 30+ returns per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types
• Must be comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week during standard hours

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning)
• Build long-term client relationships and trust
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools
