Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts for new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete preparation, and act as a community ambassador to grow local client bases.

This role emphasizes serving as a trusted advisor and connecting clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll, while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.
• Knowledge of holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Introduce clients to Intuit solutions beyond tax prep (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
