Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and personalized service in local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work closely with a team of specialists to deliver end‑to‑end solutions, grow the local client base, and expand your practice within the Intuit ecosystem.

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency‑based up‑skilling, cross‑training of other products or offerings, and professional development.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit supplied uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax‑related content and resources for your community per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments).
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - Actively build and grow a new local customer base, own your market, pursue prospects, and organize local events with marketing support.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - Develop understanding of clients' complete financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Build Relationships - Connect with people and build long‑term trust for repeat business.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - Provide professional service and guidance to help clients achieve financial goals.
