Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, addressing personal and business tax needs while coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorne(y) with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Develop understanding of clients' finances and connect them to Intuit ecosystem solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end service.
