Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via virtual channels.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of tax return preparation experience.
• Willing to upskill into broader service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and online.
• Represent TurboTax and Intuit with professionalism in the community.
