Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and entrepreneurial spirit to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including compliance training and cross-training.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
