Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be asked to be advertised with name/photo.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence for the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and completion services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Serve as the connector between clients and specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences with clear, personalized financial guidance.
