The role combines tax expertise with community engagement, delivering end-to-end tax services on-site to individuals and businesses. In this position you will prepare tax returns, provide expert advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while growing the local client base and driving loyalty through personalized

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base and building relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear guidance.
• Engage with clients in person and via Intuit video tools to address inquiries and optimize outcomes.
