Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with personal and business tax scenarios, while also connecting clients with a broader suite of Intuit services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You will be a local ambassador, growing the client base through community engagement and targeted outreach, while delivering an exceptional

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as determined by the business; uniforms provided.
• Residence in the United States; eligible for related licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and engage with the community.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
