Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and act as the local face of TurboTax with marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into other services with training.
• Willing to work onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and tax planning advice.
• Collaborate with specialists for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Engage local community through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial pictures to connect them with Intuit solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and resolve client inquiries.
