Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building local client relationships and driving growth with the wider Intuit ecosystem. The role emphasizes a collaborative, end-to-end client experience, with opportunities to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, typically 8:00–17:00, at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist with tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments as part of client meetings.
• Own local growth through targeted outreach, events, and community partnerships to build the client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, in person and via TurboTax tools.
