Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice while building a local client base and collaborating with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end support. You will engage with clients face-to-face and virtually, guiding them through personal and business tax scenarios, referrals, and ongoing financial planning opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build long-term relationships that turn transactions into ongoing client partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
