Qualifications

• Must have EA/CPA or attorney credentials with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with community organizations.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystems (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver holistic service.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via digital tools.
