Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to operate on-site at a TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You’ll also drive local growth and cultivate long-term relationships within the community. The role emphasizes end-to-end client service, ongoing training, and collaboration with a team of professionals to deliver a seamless experience for personal and business tax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms; may be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients ranging from simple to complex filings.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local customer base for TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships to turn transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
