Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax returns, offer expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.

You will also act as a community ambassador, growing a local client base and building relationships through outreach, events, and partnerships, while leveraging Intuit marketing tools to drive brand awareness.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (1040) experience.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with personalized client meetings.
