Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts in new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete preparation, and engage with the local community to grow new clients.

Work onsite, serve in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions. A strong tax background and client-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8am-5pm local time.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
