Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and support software use while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, helping with W-2s, major life events, and complex scenarios.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep knowledge
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season with professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services
• Onsite availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to complete mandatory training and wear uniforms

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events
• Coordinate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-person and virtual channels
