Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and small businesses.

You will build local relationships, drive client growth, and connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services, while providing a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years handling 1040 returns (30+ per season).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Must work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax clients' returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping/payroll/advisory) to serve clients.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and explain complex tax concepts.
