Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and participate in community events with marketing support to drive prosperity for clients and the business.

Formación

• EA/CPA with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and long-term relationships.
