Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and end-to-end service while building local relationships and growing the client base.

You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to tailor solutions for each client and ensure a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min. 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience across in-person and video interactions.
