Role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing, and a seamless Intuit experience across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office (8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week).
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Link clients to the full Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure end-to-end client support.
