Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering tax preparation, expert advice, and software support. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to provide end-to-end client service.

The role emphasizes building relationships within the local community, attracting new clients, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns / season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients including personal and business returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams to offer holistic services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional, professional customer experiences in person and via video.
