Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working on-site at a TurboTax location to assist customers with tax preparation and advice. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active tax preparation credentials (EA/CPA or attorney) preferred with strong tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem offerings including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering excellent customer service and ongoing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
