Job summary

Intuit seeks onsite TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver comprehensive tax preparation and advisory services directly to clients at a local TurboTax location. You will partner with specialists across business tax, payroll, bookkeeping, and financial planning to provide a seamless client experience.

You will act as a community ambassador, building local relationships and helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios while representing Intuit with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred and strong tax knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns).
• Willingness to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, personal and business.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end‑to‑end tax solutions and ongoing client support.
