Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver proactive tax advice and full-service preparation for clients at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work onsite with a team of tax professionals, guiding clients through personal and business tax scenarios while growing your local client base.

You’ll collaborate across Intuit services, including bookkeeping and payroll, to provide holistic financial solutions.

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Min. 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software, familiar with Circular 230.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
Onsite presence at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00; hours may scale up during peak season.
Willing to complete training and development; uniforms provided; opportunities to build local market presence.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
Capture new local clients and grow TurboTax client base with local outreach and events.
Guide clients through comprehensive financial services within the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
Build lasting relationships; deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
