Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, handle complex scenarios, and drive local growth through outreach and partnerships.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes while representing Intuit in the community. The role emphasizes onsite work at TurboTax offices, with training provided and opportunities for cross-service referrals within the Intuit

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
Active PTIN to file taxes required.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex tax situations.
Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and provide future tax planning guidance.
Build and grow a local customer base through outreach, community events, and partnerships.
Act as the local face of TurboTax and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
