The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced startup-like environment, with cross-functional exposure across propulsion, manufacturing, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related technical field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with turbopump assembly procedures including rotor balancing and leak checks
• Manufacturing process experience in fluids testing, machining, and additive manufacturing
• Knowledge of assembly/test procedures, tolerance stack-up, and pressure leak checks
• Experience with Siemens NX or similar CAD/analysis tools
• Experience with tooling design including modelling and drafting

Responsabilités

• Produce components and assemblies for fuel and oxidizer turbopumps for Aeon-R engines
• Own manufacturing trades and develop processes for fabricating, testing, and delivering hardware
• Act as main liaison between manufacturing and design teams to optimize architecture and scale operations
• Drive projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced aerospace environment
