DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a results-driven District Sales Manager to cover the Tulsa, Oklahoma market. You will drive new business growth, manage key accounts, and present tailored industrial chemical solutions to a diverse client base.

The role emphasizes relationship building, value selling, and meeting safety, quality, and environmental goals. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in industrial chemical sales and resides in the greater Tulsa area, with up to 50% travel to visit customers

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience in industrial or chemical sectors.
Must live in the Greater Tulsa area.
Proven ability to identify leads, prospect, close new projects, and present persuasively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Generate new business growth by leads, relationships, and prospecting in a large market with growth potential.
Support complex sales by aligning customer needs with tailored solutions.
Manage key accounts and grow wallet share and product usage within existing customers.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings and industry developments.
Understand products well and demonstrate value to customers.
