Job summary

Surface Experts is a hands-on repair company seeking a Technician who enjoys variety and solving problems. You’ll fix surfaces—from floors to countertops and tubs—often in under an hour, using creativity and precise color matching.

We offer $20–$25 per hour plus bonuses, a four-week training track to Repair Technician, paid holidays, and all tools provided. No weekends or late nights, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare and recreate colors.

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management.
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
• Understand and utilize our 5-step repair process.
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.

Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.

We Offer:

• Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Quarterly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Pay raise following 90 day paid training completion
• Direct four-week track to Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
• Paid holidays and paid time off after 6 months
• All tools and supplies provided

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
