Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Technician to perform surface repair tasks for floors, countertops, and more. The role emphasizes problem solving with a creative approach while delivering excellent customer service to tenants and property managers.

Training is provided to follow our 5-step repair process and use a personal toolkit. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience, color-matching ability, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience working with hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
• Track work progress and notes in dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
• Understand and utilize our 5-step repair process.
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity.

• Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
