Surface Experts is seeking a Technician to repair minor surface damages with a focus on hands-on, creative problem solving. The role offers on-site work in a dynamic environment with a clear path for advancement.

We Offer

• Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Quarterly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Pay raise following 90 day paid training completion
• Direct four-week track to Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
• Paid holidays and paid time off after 6 months
• All tools and supplies provided

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
